Meet Dr. Wilson Trusty

I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing psychotherapy and assessment to adults. My specialty is trauma-focused services. I take a collaborative, compassionate approach with my clients to help them understand themselves and recover as quickly and fully as possible.

Services Offered

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy typically consists of weekly, 55-minute appointments via a secure telehealth platform. We work together to help you set tailored therapy goals and form a treatment plan that's right for you. 

Group Therapy

I offer group Cognitive Processing Therapy, which is an evidence-based treatment for PTSD. The group typically meets for 90 minutes twice weekly for six weeks via telehealth. Sessions provide information about trauma and help group members apply trauma recovery skills in daily life.

Personality Assessment

I accept a small number of personality assessment referrals. Personality assessment is a four- to five-week process that helps people learn about why they struggle with certain symptoms and receive recommendations to address those issues.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes -- all therapy and assessment sessions are confidential.

Where are sessions held?

I hold all appointments via a secure telehealth (video call) platform. I am licensed in both Idaho and Pennsylvania and provide services to individuals who physically reside in those states.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. However, I can provide a receipt for out-of-network services, which you can then submit to your insurance company.

My fees are:

  • Initial phone consultation (15 minutes) - free

  • Intake (55 minutes): $320

  • Individual therapy (55 minutes): $220

  • Group therapy (90 minutes): $90

  • Assessment (60 minutes): $250

Good Faith Estimate Notice
